INTERKAB is the Brand name of International Cable Management Ltd, a leading service company in the management and supply of electrical cables and associated electrical equipment across the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Shipbuilding, Renewable and Energy industries worldwide.
With over 40 years management experience in the cable industry INTERKAB has the necessary skills, in-house resource and expertise to effectively service and support a wide variety of clients, from Operators and Engineering companies to equipment manufacturers and specialist contractors.
INTERKAB is project focused, supporting major Operators and EPC contractors with requirements for standard, non-standard or project specification cables, offering clients all the capabilities of a manufacturer with the flexibility of immediate supply of standard products as a stockist.
By operating both manufacturing project management and stock management divisions, INTERKAB ensure that client requirements are met in terms of specification, quality, time frame, site location, documentation, certification and cost. INTERKAB operates a dedicated team of project management, expediting, logistics, inspection and account management personnel. The role of the project team is to ensure the manufacture of quality products to the desired specification with all required documentation and certification and to provide proactive feedback and support on quotations and order processing using our bespoke ISO:9001 certified production and quality control plan.
As a service company working with multiple manufacturers internationally, INTERKAB offers clients a flexible manufacturing solution capable of producing a wide range of cable types to European, IEC, British, American, Russian and Australian specifications. In addition as a stockist of standard products both in the UK and worldwide INTERKAB provide immediate solutions for urgent requirements.
INTERKAB product portfolio includes cables for onshore, offshore, underground and subsea applications. The standard product range includes low voltage power, control, instrument, data and communications cables as well as Medium Voltage up to 66kV. In addition, INTERKAB manufacture bespoke or custom cable assemblies for onshore, offshore topside or subsea applications.
INTERKAB services add value to clients supply chain by not only minimising cable costs, but also the management, expediting, logistical and clerical resource costs associated with procuring different cable types, from multiple manufacturers in various geographical regions.
